How do you match support workers to my needs?
We take the time to understand your preferences and needs, ensuring that the support worker assigned to you is the best fit. This includes considering factors like experience, skills, and personality to provide you with the most comfortable and effective support.
Can you help with just one specific task, like grocery shopping?
Absolutely. We understand that sometimes you only need help with a single task, and we're more than happy to assist with things like grocery shopping, cleaning, or even just getting you to appointments.
What if my needs change over time?
We offer flexible support plans that can be adjusted as your needs evolve. Whether you require more or less assistance, we're here to adapt to your circumstances and continue providing the support you need.
Are there any supports you don’t offer?
While we cover a wide range of core supports, we do not offer overnight care or PEG feeding. However, we welcome people with complex needs and are always happy to discuss how we can support you in other ways.
